Our session will get you started with some tips and tricks for searching and finding low / no cost course materials that you can use to replace your costly textbooks. Did you know that a lot of these materials can be found from within your library’s online catalog? This webinar will be recorded.
  • Successful Librarian & Faculty OER Partnerships  |  March 25, 2021 | 2 - 3pm  | REGISTER
    This session will provide a look into Northeastern Technical College's initiative to using OERs. Since beginning our initiative, NETC has achieved a 90% adoption rate for general education courses. The college library and faculty have partnered to champion OER adoption. The session will also provide an overview of locating, evaluating, and using OER textbooks. Secrets to OER success will also be shared! This webinar will be recorded.

    Have you found OER materials that you would like to use but are not sure how to integrate them into your class?  A moderated panel of online learning and instructional design experts from South Carolina colleges and universities will discuss how they work with faculty to incorporate OER into online courses.
